Our team of consultants, marketing and talent relations staff work together with your organisation to ensure that each booking is an experience that will ensure that all parties present will remember your venue and keep coming back for more.

Performers provided by Encore Media Group are all previewed and profiled in order to ensure the highest quality for our clients. Sample CD's are available upon request showcasing particular genres and performers best suited for each venue. Clients are also welcome to accompany one of our Venue Consultants to a preview performance to get that feeling that can only be gained from seeing the performer live.

The support and focus that the Encore Media Group provides for its clients is second to none. From sourcing the right performer for each venue, through dealing with contracts and negotiating the best possible fee, right up to dealing with the performers at your venue before, during and after each performance.

Encore Media Group Venue Consultants can also provide the following services;

• Print Media - print media such as posters, postcards and printed ads are readily resourced and submitted for clients approval before going to print.
• Interviews - liaise between artists and supporting radio stations to organise promotional opportunities.
• Web Based Marketing - website development, newsletter and promotional offer opportunities.
• Promotion - Encore Media Group has developed strong relationships with Australian and overseas record companies and is always open to working with them to promote an event or performer.
• Payment - invoicing and direct payment either to Encore Media Group or the performer.
• Other - florists, catering, recording media. We even have a wine somellier within the organisation to assist select a fine collection of wines to enhance your events.
